Teacher-Leader
Are you creative and like to think outside the box? Are you patient and willing to try new things? Does going on a daily walk appeal to you? Do you like eating family-style with young children? Are you a team player that is willing to communicate openly with peers, parents, and children?
If so, we would like to talk to you! You must enjoy children, be a hard worker with a great attitude, and enjoy playing outside with children in all weather. Elevate Montessori is looking for teacher's assistants. We are a young school that is growing with the ages of our children!
Daily Responsibilities:
Enjoy being with young children.
Observe and guide during the work period.
Maintain a clean, orderly environment.
Model kindness, calmness, and consistency.
Participate in team meetings.
Embrace the Montessori Method!
Requirements & Availability:
Must be reliable, timely, and diligent.
We do not offer traditional childcare, so childcare experience is not required.
